Four years ago I met a man who seemed extremely wise and mature. He came into my life right at the moment I needed someone to help me, heal me and teach me how to handle everything. The rain in this song is represented as problems and difficulties of my life. So I needed him to give me a shelter. I really wanted to run away from everything with him. However, now it doesn't seem so right, especially after we painfully broke up. This song is making me so sad, 'cause I wrote it when I was madly in love with him, romantizing everything, and now it's all gone and different. He's not a bad person at all. Just isn't the one for me.
